Sarrah Jane at Grandma and Grandpas

Sarrah Jane is not a happy camper being stuck in Grandma's bedroom with 8 other cats around...there is no consoling her...she can smell them everywhere and keeps hissing and growling...the only place she could seem to find was on top of the antique dresser...she is sitting next to their picture cursing the fact that she has to come into such a feline infested house!
Yes I am pissed off...and what are you going to do about it!

Barnston Island

I decided that I would go ove rto Barnston Island on Saturday...I have never been over there and thought that it might be interesting...there isn't much there...and you can't park the car...the most interesting thing is the ferry ride over...they have a ramp with no sides...onto a tug boat that has a barge tied to the side of it...then when you get across the river...you have to back the car up another ramp with no sides...I thought for sure I was going to end up in the drink! on the way back...you have to back on to the ferry...after all that...I now know if I go back again...it would be better to walk over and then around the island...you would see more without having the car!

So Sunday was another beautiful day...the sun was shining...there was a nice breeze to keep you cool...unfortunatly Leroy was out of town... so I borrowed Mollie for the day...she had so much fun. It was her first time to MacDonald Beach so there were lots of new smells and new friends to meet. She got bowled over when playing with Goliath and Zeus but she bounced back quickly! She got chased aroung the bench by a couple of German Sheppards...she would hide under the bench and then run around in a circle...It was quite funny!

Finn Slough

Here are some of the shots that I got at Finn Slough on Saturday...it was a beautiful sunny day...I went to Steveston with Sue and the kids and they played in the park. It was a nice day to just sit and watch them play...it was nice to spend the time with my sister as well...
